Simpleter integrates the ability to link information into all its functionalities.
For example, the operational intervener receives, in his work order, the information entered concerning the customer, the site, the supplies used, etc. A department manager can write up and dispatch information to his teams, but cannot dispatch it to other teams. General management may write and share general information for the whole company, etc.
Another example is the validation of supplier invoices. Anyone involved at any time with the order concerned (the manager when the order is placed, the warehouse worker who receives the supplies, the accountant who checks the invoice, the manager who validates or blocks the invoice, etc.) can enter a warning which will appear when the supplier's invoice is validated.
