POSITION
5 Microsoft full stack Web Developers (C# et ASP.NET / Blazor) M/F
CONTEXT
SIMPLETER, a software publisher, produces a management solution in the business services sector in the form of an ERP specialized in the management of interventions and all related functional aspects (human resources, planning, orders, invoices, intervention reports, stock management, accounting, etc.).
Reporting directly to the CTO and integrated into the development team, the full-stack development engineer will be responsible for building the application solution to support the expected functionalities.
Working in partnership with the lead developer, developers will carry out all activities associated with development: implementation, architecture and solution proposals, estimation, testing and roll-out. The developer is also involved in support (Level 2: Bug fixing/Minor enhancements).
ARCHITECTURE
The software solution's primary target is to be hosted on a cloud offering (such as Microsoft Azure's PaaS). It is composed of a containerized solution via Docker. However, the application's architecture will still have to meet the conditions required for on-premises migration (cloud agnostic architecture).
In order to make the various expected functionalities available, the application is based on a modular Blazor (ASP.NET/Blazor .NET 6) full stack solution with several services: ASP.NET Core with Web API (API REST); Blazor WebAssembly; CQRS and Message Queuing.
ENVIRONNEMENT
SIMPLETER, a software publishing company based in western Lyon (Saint-Genis-Les-Ollières), is currently a small team with a strong desire to grow.
Remote working is possible several days a week, although physical meetings are necessary at times, and the introduction of remote working is preceded by a period of on-site onboarding lasting several weeks.
YOUR PROFILE
With at least 3 to 5 years' experience in development, ideally in a Microsoft full stack environment, you have already worked in the software publishing world or on the realization of enterprise solutions.
You are familiar with the notion of deadlines, and you know how to show initiative in proposing innovative solutions in line with company objectives.
Your experience and training have enabled you to acquire a high level of expertise in building Web solutions on the Microsoft ASP.NET (Core) platform, and you have at least one project completed using .NET technologies. You are also familiar with SOLID programming concepts.
Autonomous and rigorous, you enjoy teamwork, particularly in an Agile organization.
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED
After an initial interview by videoconference with the IT Manager and/or Lead Developer, you will be invited to a session at our Saint-Genis-Les-Ollières headquarters for a more in-depth interview to validate our mutual interest. If you are successful, a final interview will be held with the company director to validate your profile.

To accelerate its development, Simpleter is now looking for an experienced BDR who will eventually manage a team.
Job description :
You will use a variety of B2B sales techniques, including cold calling, e-mailing and social selling.
You will make discovery calls with potential customers, understanding their unique needs and identifying the best way to sell Simpleter.
You track your deals throughout the sales cycle: from inception to successful contract closure.
You align with sales management on overall prospecting strategy and lead features.
You are fully autonomous in generating new opportunities.
